قتل “أكثر من مائة” من أفراد عصابة، خلال اشتباكات مع قوات دفاع محلية مدعومة من الحكومة في ولاية زامفارا بشمال غرب نيجيريا، حسب ما أفاد مسؤول محلي وكالة فرانس برس.
وهاجم عناصر من “قوات الدفاع المدني في زامفارا”، وهي مجموعة مسلحة تدعمها الحكومة، معقل زعيم العصابة بيلو تورجي، واشتبكوا مع أفرادها على مدى ساعات.
وقال أحمد مانغا، المستشار الأمني لحاكم الولاية، ليل الأربعاء، إن المعارك أسفرت عن سقوط “أكثر من مائة” قتيل في صفوف أفراد العصابة.
